R. L. Jalappa Hospital and Research Centre 
Sri Devaraj Urs University has a 850 bedded Teaching Hospital to accommodate the clinical-teaching requirements of undergraduate and post graduate medical students and to satisfy its social obligation of meeting the health needs of the people of the region.
